Educational tool used to fill the summer gap where learning loss occurs. My primary role was in Project Management and Lead Strategy. My Graphic Design capabilities were also employed at various times throughout our work together.

This established brand came to us with a growth pain-point. An audit of their marketing funnel revealed a lack of a clear voice directed at each persona. Additionally, the email workflow lacked nurturing, and ultimately dead-ended. The writing team worked diligently to write new email content for each persona, based on my strategy. I then built out each email and the extensive automation workflow. When launched, engagement increased by 38%, downloads doubled, and client satisfaction soared.
